Sivana Gardens and Sivana HideAway are presented by Sivana as completed communities. Use material from the correct development and retain its identity. A photograph of an earlier community should not be presented as current construction at Sivana Hills.
Planned and illustrative imagery
The Hills website labels its planned show villa interior imagery as illustrative and explains that final details may vary. Keep that qualification with the asset. Rendered or AI assisted imagery should not be labelled as a photograph of a completed home or evidence of construction progress.
Request the correct photographs, floor plans or logo files through the Sivana enquiry route, explaining the publication and intended use. Ask for the asset identity, credit, status and permission to reuse it. This page does not grant a blanket licence to images, plans, logos or the original brochure.
