The source specifies a modern European kitchen with an island. Its appliance list names an induction stove, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, double-door fridge and wine cooler.
Ask which exact items and capacities appear in the final contract, and how any upgrades or substitutions will be documented. An inclusion list is not the same as a manufacturer warranty schedule.
Outdoor furnishings and equipment
The outdoor section includes tables and chairs, a pool-terrace ceiling fan, garden lighting, a BBQ gas grill and an automatic car gate. It also names the pool, water systems, solar equipment and garden-related items.
