The supplied 2026A master plan shows plot numbers, sold markings and high, middle and low zones. Use it alongside the price tables: a plot without a SOLD marking is not automatically confirmed as available today.
Read the plan and price list together
The plan indicates plot and layout groupings, while the tables provide land areas, prices and monthly CAM. Keep the same plot number across the plan, price row and any written quote. Plot 30A is not the same plot as 30, and plot 40A is not plot 40.
Where a plot is labelled C-D, the price list shows two layout prices rather than two separate plots. Count the plot once when making a shortlist.
The groups priced in edition 2026A
Type A prices are listed for plots 25, 30, 30A, 31 and 32. Type B prices are listed for 38, 43, 44 and 45. Type C prices are listed for 39, 40, 40A and 41; plots 48 through 55 have both Type C and Type D price options.
Plot 47 is included with 581.60 m² and monthly CAM of THB 3,780.40, but no villa purchase price. Its commercial position needs an answer from the sales team.
What the map can and cannot establish
The master plan is useful for seeing where a plot sits relative to roads and the facilities marked on the drawing. It is not a survey, live inventory feed or guarantee about future views and neighbouring construction.
When comparing locations, ask to visit the plot or request a live video showing the boundaries and surroundings. Match the approved plan to the selected site rather than assuming any layout fits any plot.
Check the specific land area
The general information page gives a broad land-size range, while some detailed plot rows fall outside its lower bound. This website uses the detailed plot row when discussing a particular plot, without rewriting the supplied brochure. Ask for the final surveyed or contractual area before committing to a purchase.
