Have the 2026A brochure ready so you can compare the room arrangement, land area and inclusion list with what the team shows. Ask whether the video is showing your selected plot, a completed show villa or another example.
The brochure contains show-villa photographs and plan drawings. Those should not be presented as live footage of every villa offered for sale.
